A clearer record after every assembly

: Time To Join

➤ MeetMeaning helps teams rapidly move from raw transcripts to a shared, evidence-linked understanding of what was decided, what changed, and what needs attention next.

01

Save time after every meeting

Move from raw transcript to a clear picture of decisions, actions, risks and open questions.

02

Create sharper summaries

Distinguish what was discussed from what was actually agreed.

03

Make handovers clearer

Give absent colleagues a reliable route into the meeting, with context rather than a vague recap.

04

Reduce missed actions

Surface commitments, stated owners, deadlines, dependencies and gaps in responsibility.

05

Keep uncertainty visible

Identify where a decision, owner, date or next step was not genuinely confirmed.

06

Check the evidence

Trace important findings to the relevant conversation turn, rather than relying on a compressed summary.

“Did intent alter?”

Legal · Finance · Compliance

“What changed that matters?”

Product updates · AI outputs · Agent pipelines

“Does it mean the same?”

Translation validation · Summarisation drift · Agent reasoning
